This week we announced that Martha Jensen has joined Sauce Labs as the new Chief People Officer and Tatyana Mamut joined the board of directors. These appointments continue Sauce Labs’ commitment to creating a work environment that is focused on health and inclusion, a culture that ensures all people feel welcome and empowered to do their best work as their best selves.
Separately, both of these people are a powerhouse in their respective fields. Together, these roles emphasize the commitment to bringing in the best talent from around the world, making the company stronger as we step into the future.
Jensen joins Sauce Labs from Ivalua, a SaaS-based platform for Spend management, where she established HR operations and People strategy. Prior to Ivalua, Martha worked at Facebook as a strategic advisor to the Data Center Leadership team on all People and Culture related matters. During her career, Jensen has worked for leading technology companies including Symantec, Aruba Networks, HP, VMware and IBM, with specialist roles in education, change management and organizational development, as well as leading complex and global HR functions.
Mamut is highly regarded as a transformational leader in Silicon Valley, driving product innovation and customer engagement at technology companies such as Amazon, Salesforce and Nextdoor. Currently, Tatyana is Senior Vice President, New Products at Pendo leading the creation of the Adopt family of products.
